Speaking English To Walk-In Customers Course
The service sector deals with customers on a daily basis and living in Malaysia means interacting with customers of various backgrounds. However, English is still a common medium of communication and this where our course benefits the front line of the service sector.
Course objectives
By the end of the programme, participants should be:
- Converse comfortably with customers using English
- Communicate effectively in sales related conversation
- Use appropriate language forms and functions to fit various in-store scenario

Module 1:
- To enhance participants' confidence to converse in English with customers
- To enable participants' to communicate using correct sale phrases and vocabulary with walk-in customers
- To enable participants' to communicate with walk-in customers using English in various in-store situations
